i think it's important for us to emphasize here that even as we are critiquing these institutions and calling a christians to take institutional sins seriously, this doesn't mean that they are bad. A hundred %. No, they are not doing anything good. And this is again, why i think thinking of institutions as images of god is helpful. Justcause, just like aan individual images of god, even even went partially right, even in imperfect ways, institutions do the same thing.
