The Importance of Out of Scope Features

Once you have the must haves, you better build that. Unless in the process of implementation, you and your peers who are reviewing or you in your tech lead or your manager, you come to a point where you're implementing something that you missed in your prototype. You can cross that off and be like, Hey, we're just not supporting that because it's going to call it, you know, take too long. It's no longer a minimum feature unless that's the only feature. And if that is the only feature, it's time to have a discussion with people and say, yeah, we could do this, but it's going on for months.
