The Effects of Light on Depression

Light is the best antidepressant because light also suppresses many brand functions that are linked to depression. In winter time when people don't get enough light this is what happens. A lot of people I would say more than 75% of our participants in our studies who wear these watches they get less than one hour of bright light outdoor. And me included in some cases. What should we be shooting for? One hour at least.
