Can You See Through Clothes?

X-ray goggles send out wireless radio signals to locate specific items hidden from view. You know how dolphins and bats use sonar or sound waves to bounce off objects around them? It's a similar kind of a principle. The radio frequency signals used by these X-ray goggles pass through solid objects to locate stuff that's hidden beneath. Do they see through clothes?
