Is There Something That You Put Into Place When You Have So Many Eyeballs on You?

I remember the very first time i spoke at my church, and my church is much smaller. It's maybe 350 people here in connecticut. And i thought, my goodness, what a responsibility to stand up at a pulpit on a sunday morning in front of people. Yet, i wanted to preach jesus. I'm just wondering for you, when you're leading such a large congregation, what are some of the things that you've put into place to help?
