Shisunak - Is He Gonna Do a Resignation on His List?
I don't think Shisunak thinks House of Lords reform is one of the voters' priorities. We heard his five priorities for government at the beginning of the year in that January speech, and they were focused group to death. If he looked like he was getting bogged down in that, I suspect he would think that an absolute failure of his mission. Maybe he'd go for something like that to give himself a bit of distance from Boris Johnson. But he doesn't seem to have an appetite for that. So I wonder whether he'll actually go down that route.
