I think it will be very hard today to see foundational models make that big of an impact in healthcare. HIPAA is such a beast that moving healthcare data should be assumed to be basically impossible. You should simply prove value where the data lives before asking healthcare people to move data elsewhere. The damage we've done to the center of our country over the last couple of years through both the opioid crisis, deindustrialization and food quality,. I think it makes up probably 80% of negative healthcare returns that we see. We need to fix the spiritual rot before we can fix anything else.
