Ceritonian and Depression
We looked at studies that had looked at seratonian levels in blood, urine and adother body fluids. And then we looked at a set of experiments that gave people a drink that lacks the molecule that used to make ceratonin. We found there was no convincing evidence of a link between these markers and depression. The most likely explanation for this was that many participants in these studies had taken s s ari drugs, which we know modify the seratonian system.
