How to Determine How a Body Wants to Squat

A good squat is an efficient squat. The least amount of movement I see the shorter a movement be usually the better it is. If you have to do six movements on your squat, usually there's a problem. So as I make them squat heavy, naturally they find a stance. After that, I look at where their foot positioning is and I'm going to try to take that tension that I did on the heavy sandbag squat into the barbell back squat.
