The Supreme Court's Decision on Race in Higher Education
The Supreme Court ruled that higher education can't use race as a plus in admissions decisions. The court also said universities should have a clear idea of when they're going to reassess or stop an affirmative action program. Harvard and UNC both were disproportionately turning down Asian students, according to the ruling.
