What Would You Recommend to a Split Elders Team?

Well spring is a great example of setting a culture. When you build a culture where it's like a spiritual doesn't have to be weird, like you can be just like a normal person praying for healing. And so you guide that over the course of time, and people either say, ok, i want to go to a weirder church, or i'll be less weird when i pray for people. It goes one way or the other. I wan'to ask a question though, am jack wht would you recommend to somebody who has sa a split elders team? How would your recommendation be to that pastor?
