Is There a Danger to a Plant Base Diet?

There is no evidence that there's any detriment to brain health on a plant base diet. Most of us would recommend making sure you've got a good source of short chain and omigthre faty acids through plant sources like m hemp seeds and flax seeds, walnuts amd cheer seeds. The main factors increasing the risk of dimentia are a meat heavy, saturated fat heavy diet. And also, what we forget is that it's the underlying health conditions, like cardivascular diseased hyptu d diabetes, which really predict an increased risk of dementia. But as always, more research would be great.
