The Importance of Consciousness in Simulation
Yeah I'm very sympathetic to the idea that it would be immoral for us to create conscious beings. It just feels too much like playing God but I think that in agreement with you my intuition is our conscious experience as human beings is so significant. Mike humor has an argument against simulation hypothesis and says at the more specific you get about the type of simulation you live in the more improbable it is right.
