How Do We Manipulate Time?
Time is a dimension, right? You go back to general theory of relativity. We can absolutely manipulate how we experience time in the future. Just by picking up our speed, getting close to the speed of light, we know that there's this phenomenon called time dilation. This laughter thing is certainly doable given the right technology, but boy, is a technology have to be pretty darned- What would happen if we do master it? You could have a whole other set of people that we might call time bandits.
