I like to eat and I, you know, most foods, I eat carbohydrates, I eat proteins, I eat fats. Um, so I'll pay attention to whether or not I've gone off my kind of standard thing. I track my supplementation and I keep my supplements very consistent. And then I'm generally trying something new all the time. So it's a pretty controlled experiment and I'll run it for eight weeks and then I'll step back and take a look.
