How to Buy a Farm With Outbuildings
I would look to buy a farm with some outbuildings. Probably go to the top of Hertford, Cheers, and get some better value. And then goodbye business rates. Turn it out over a long period of time because it's a residential mortgage. That makes it easier to find sometimes than a commercial property. You can even put them up on the farm and get people to come around and see what they look like. So you've got a little showroom. I don't think a lot of people are doing that. It's easy peasy lemon squeezy.
