We Don't Want to Get Negative Feedback

We feel good when we get positive feedback. We probably give it more than negative feedback, because it's scary to maybe hurt some one's feelings if that's how we construe feedback. There's eno stigma about receiving and getting negative feedback. If all we're doing is focusing on the good, it can be bionstine our ability to learn. But people avoid that because of the stigma about failing. It's not failure to know that there's room for improvement,. To remember our mistakes, to have people help us work through them might be far better off in the long run. So we don't need to think about those blips as failures. I can think about them
