The Price of Beef Is Not What You Pay for It

Last week beef calf rearing reached an all-time weekly record of 70,000 head of healthy calf beating the record set in March 1952. On the milk markets prices have held steady with a gallon. We had of course the summer of beef which was kids out to late into the night sharing beef dishes and you know their parents not knowing what was going on. And now a few words from our consciousness. The price of beef is not what you pay for it. It's just as important that we don't put too much pressure on ourselves by saying 'Beef! Beef!'
