How to Be the Greatest Version of Yourself

I was really talented in being able to get people to see a picture of a vision of something and to galvanize a team of people. The problem was I didn't give them the tools or or the character or the sustainability of all of those things. What I valued was the outcome not the sustainability of those outcomes. It's personal to everyone so when I say I love helping people become the greatest version of themselves that has to start with someone defining what that actually means. There's only two people you need to impress your entire life if you can impress the eight-year-old version of yourself and 80-year- old version of yourself.
