There's a lot of working pressure and I want to add two more terms so one is called nature and the others called talking. So basically competition and work for the sake of work. And then opposed to like zero to one where you just create something totally new yourself outside of the bounds. Yeah there's like different levels of nature and like at an individual level within a team within an entire industry or country. But basically it's like you have this like well defined project and a bunch of people just competing inside the bounds of that project to just like work really hard but not grow the pie. Right.
