The Career Ladder

In his last two companies, because they were start ups, we actually didn't even have a career ladder. So that's something i participated in creating. I structure the half yearly goals, so the personal goals for each person. We pick two or three areas of opportunity and create smart goals. And that's something we both then are looking at constantly,. every one on one, to make sure they're working on the right projects, getting the right opportunities,getting the right feedback from me.
