You Can Never Be Heard if You Don't Go to an Elite University

It's very hard to be fired from pretty much any job at the moment. And that's, you know, tells you a lot about organizational bloat as well. I don't think the forces are necessarily them trying to steer towards an overall level of sanity. It's just that sort of once you're in, you can't get rid of someone for the good of the system as a whole. So it's again, it's a failure of oligarchy.
