Bitrex: Unregistered Security?
This is a weird one because Bitrex hasn't been relevant or they haven't been taking American clients for what feels like years now. Gary Gensler apparently praising Algorand some years ago and of course now they're alleging it was an unregistered security. So we'll see what happens coming out of that. Like Algorand was a big VC backed layer one blockchain.
