How to Encourage Your Church Amidst Changing Dynamics

Is it getting harder to evangelize in a given culture? I'm thinking the answer to that must be yes, but spiritually know and that people are always dead. How do you encourage your church amidst those changing dynamics? Oh, well, if it's getting harder for them. Then it was in 1970. Well, I think that it was in 2010.
