Tithing Is a Lower Law in Consecration
Tithing is not instead of consecration. It's a restatement of the purposes of the law of consecration in section 42. The scriptures don't talk about lower laws and higher laws. They don't think that way. But we do, we've imposed that on it. So I don't, I'm not trying to blame anybody or cause further confusion, but what I'm just saying there is that the revelation is not that simple and straightforward"
