We all know that we have a major bias towards not losing anything compared to gaining something. So when we ask for the two options like say it's quit smoking, continue smoking, right? We asked the person to look at both the pros and the cons of each of those options. And what we got from that was really fascinating is that we essentially procrastinate because of an exaggerated fear of loss or ethical risk. The reason why we overreact sometime is if you think about why do you sometimes lose your temper? Right.
