Gold and Silver Prices Closed the Week a Bit Higher on Friday
Gold and silver prices were down a bit on friday, but still finished with nice gains on the week. The financials were primary beneficiaries of low interust rates because it meant they could make more loans. More people can afford to borrow when interust rates are low than when they're high. And so i always said, be careful what you wish for investors in financials - higher interest rates are actually bad, not good.
