What's Your Go-to Method for Making Apple Pie?
The most important thing about pie dough is you can roll it out and get it in the pie plate. Add enough water so the dough really holds together nicely. Vodka is almost 50% alcohol, which means that you can use quite a lot of it up front. You say no to cinnamon, but yes to candy to ginger. Good old apple pie, all American.
