AI-Generated Illustrations Can Make Scientific Illustrations More Accessible
Nature announced it will not publish images or video created using generative AI tools. The move comes amid the publication's concerns over research integrity, consent and privacy. In science, visualization of concept goes a very long way to helping people understand what can be some amazingly complex concepts. My argument is that AI used as a tool can make scientific illustrations more affordable and accessible for scientists.
