I think people drastically underestimate how many applications this might take. If you've sent five or 10 or 15 or 20, that's just probably not enough. I definitely remember when I was a one-el on December 1st, the very first day, we were allowed to send anything stuffing envelopes and literally in the mail at that point, and sending out over 100. So it also say that's another issue is just being too specific about what you're looking for.
