Are We Going to Have a Civil War?

When it's not an honest debate, and the debate itself demonizes your countrymen, it's very hard to find a societal force to contradict that. We have people who are paid to make the enemy your neighbor. And i just don't know how, without some sort of countervailing force, that ends up. Well, does that make sense?
