How Do You Mean Bring the Sun to Us?
Physicists have been creating slivers of the sun in a lab to study how light is transported through that thin layer. If you only go halfway to the center of the sun, the temperature is about two or three million degrees. Halfway in, the density is no different from the density of ordinary water or ordinary solid. It gets very dense at the center, but halfway in it's the same density as normal matter. So this is starting to find applications in other areas because medic surgery and so forth.
