i was very weak. I'd lost well over a hundred pounds on each lift. Ani, i'll use it as an excuse to get leaner. And iven i've noticed a similar effect in doing cardio more regularly. So before covid, i was doing two cardio sessions per week,. 30 minutes per session, a moderate intensity. Then covid, we are not going into the office, and i'm working out at home for a bit. We do cordio five to seven days a week. That element in the gim has really made me progress since then.
