Oli: As speakers of a language and the students that we teach that have English as their first language, they will have a stronger intuition about grammar. So what the things like writing revolution and what we're trying to do with the additions in right to learn is help teachers tap into that intuitive sense. Oli: If you upskill yourself as a teacher and using materials like this can help, then you can have much better explanations that actually stick for students. The only two methods I found that really worked were one, like heaps of exposure to stuff or statistical learning.
