The great majority of your work starts and ends with the mind. Why do we get stuck here? Because we believe the mind to be ourselves. Everything is easy, it just depends upon one's level of desire. The difficulty is making yourself do something that you don't really want to do. That's difficult. Easy is the congruence of what you're doing with what you really want todo.
