Vinik was living in spaldmore at the time with his partner and son. They had moved into a row home when they found two pairs of scrub pants inside their girlfriend's closet. She thought it was my son Zach so she tried to stop him by turning off the bathroom water. The next day there were three different pairs of shoes sitting directly in front of her closet door.
