Hugh Hilton said he only does business with people who are fun to do business with and the second it's not fun anymore we're just not going to do business so that's kind of my principle now like if you come in I everyone should do their due diligence. When you see someone who connects on a level that you do they're really okay with who they are because they've reconciled. You got to be grateful for whatever launchpad you haveYou're supposed to be better than the generation before you, Hugh says. "I'm willing to give someone their money back and just go away" He has nothing but grace for everyone that has a good heart even though they may make mistakes
