The Importance of Commitment
I don't think you can just make this all about other people. I could literally just not look at my phone. There's so much that I'm making is that I need to respond to everything quickly and that might actually not be true. And with some of mine, I also think there's a difference between what you can do in the short term and sometimes some things are a bit more medium term. So when I think about us creating space together to sort of think about strategically, where do we want to go with our company versus delivering on our day to day right now? That's often something that I then find really motivating.
