The Importance of Persuasion in Engineering
As an engineer, you don't have to sell things for money, but you do often have to sell ideas. It's great to be technically proficient, but then being able to translate that into systems or practices that people believe in and can buy into. I would argue perhaps that's the harder skill to earn and then practice an organization. But it's also persuading in a, in a healthy manner.
