We do a lot of damage to ourselves by chasing bench marks and worrying about what everybody else is doing. Do what's right for you. Don't worry about anything. We're starting to try to buy a little bit of that gross side of the business of the portfolio now at depressed prices. Because if we get into a deflationary trend, money will rotate back towards growth. So just trying to opportunistically pick through things.
