Is There a Study on Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent fasting is a form of intermittent eating. It's when people eat only during the hours of 12 p m to eight p m, and they fast from 8 p m until 12 the next day. The idea that you could basely eat whatever you want, how much you want, but as long as you did it during this narrow window of time has been condemned by some researchers. In fact, if you ate one orio all day I wouldn't recommend it.
