The Chance to Choose the Right Side

In Christ's second coming, he will come to judge his enemies as is severely illustrated in that final scene in this passage. Apart from God's gracious intervention in our lives, we do not stand with Jesus. We stand against him. He goes on to say, that will not be the time for choosing. It will be the time when we discover which side we really have chosen whether we realized it before or not. But the grace is found in this opportunity to receive Christ as king and to respond to him in faith today.
