How to Deploy a Customer Experience at Dell
In college, I originally thought I wanted to kind of go into more of the creative aspect. So one summer, I just got an internship at a creative agency and thought I would love it very quickly found out like we to have the internship. It was not for me. And then eventually got hired directly out of college by Dell and was originally on our email automation team. The point that we're making here is that you don't have to be a Dell to be able to deploy these types of things. There are small little iterations that you can make within your own organization.
