The Importance of Empathy in Research

As a researcher, we have that responsibility to make our sense aware of the minimum moral standard required. The code of ethics and the moral values which are taken to lie behind it, define what the profession is all about. If you're researching vulnerable people or marginalised people, the first character you need to have is empathy. You need an extremely important and deep listening skills.
