The by Versus Build Mentality in the Open Source World

It's a good question. I'll go through that as a chapter as well, which is the by versus build mentality. We've seen the evolution now where the actual amount of code you need to do in an AWS and Azure environment has collapsed dramatically compared to what it was 10 years ago. To be able to have the line of sight, to be able to figure out where and when do I buy, do I build, do I outsource, do I consume? It's definitely a complicated space these days.
