The Expert Witness Racket on Shaken Babies

The expert witness racket seems like it's really lucrative, really easy to do. According to the people that get quoted on shaken babies, you can be an expert on shakin baby sinrum in about 15 minute. I find it really troubling to think about taking seriously the expert testimony of any one who profess to have no doubt about anything. Yes, i'm actually curious about how hard it would be for me to somehow con my way into being an expert witness in, like graphology or hypnotherapy. Like i think i could do it.
