The Losers of the Information Age

If you think that some countries are charging an exorbitant amount of taxes and you're not really getting much benefit as a result, then you might just head to a different place. And that's obviously on the state to state level. If you scale that up eventually it could be on the nation level. So we can see the winners of this new shift. They're going to be the rich people with all the money who get all the control... Then who are the losers? The ones who are dependent on government services like potholes in the road or welfare payments. That's one interesting way of labeling the people in welfare, isn't it?
