i agree with you, jason, i think the two are high in are connected. There's some types of work that just aren't predictable. And so trying to hold some one to a dead line is not actually very helpful. I know they're not going to get their stuff done on time. But if i'm working with a creative person and i know they really care about the project and they care about our relationship, then it's much easier for me to forgive a certain amount of unreliability.
