The Challenges of Marketing in a Seasonal Market
The challenge was we weren't segmenting, that's the first thing I saw. What excited me most about the job was that there are new audiences here. The development West of coastal highway is phenomenal like it or not. These people are coming from the Northeast they're coming from points West. They're used to a certain standard of living arts culture. And I need to connect to these new audiences.
