The SEC's Response to BlackRock's First Filing
When do we expect a response? When will we have further clarity as to what happens next on the BlackRock front? So basically, so the first filing hits the NASDAQ website, and then it's usually a week or two before the SEC puts it up on their site. Once that happens, then a clock starts ticking. Theoretically, they have gone a few days early, but that's when we'll get an idea.
